All orders are shipped within 24 hours from our NZ warehouse.

Courier Post 1-3 days NZ: For shipping related inquiries regarding orders within NZ, please contact the Courier Post Customer Service at 0800 268 7437.

DHL Express 2-6 days worldwide: For shipping related inquiries regarding DHL Express orders, please contact your local DHL Express Customer Service.

The estimated delivery time reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.

 

CUSTOMS & RESTRICTIONS

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier. Some of the products we sell via this website are prohibited for importation into certain countries. 

It’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Natures Buzz accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
